As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales representatives to lead our sales team to new heights.

Position Overview: The Experienced Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer retention.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and tracking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze personal sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in removals a phone based / internal sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
