**About the Role**

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline, working across our core product categories. Your focus will be on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across a range of sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Head Office West Ryde, with standard hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Your assigned territory will cover the southwestern Sydney area. The role offers on-target earnings of $200,000+, combining a base salary with commission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture client relationships, meeting their technology needs with tailored solutions.
- Execute a consultative sales process, providing expert advice and valuable solutions
- Drive your own success while being supported by a passionate, knowledgeable team
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and vendors
- Attend networking events and industry functions to generate leads and connect with potential clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven sales experience (3+ years), ideally in B2B, office technology, or IT solutions
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) is beneficial but not required, training will be provided
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A self-motivated, proactive approach with a “can do” attitude
- Experience in office technology is a bonus, but not essential - full product training is provided
