Qlicksmart Pty Ltd is a Brisbane-based medical device company dedicated to enhancing healthcare safety through innovative solutions. Founded in 1998 by Australian doctors Dr. Neville Henry and Dr. Michael Sinnott, Qlicksmart developed the world's first single-handed scalpel blade remover to address the dangers of sharps injuries in medical settings. Our product line includes scalpel blade removers, ampoule openers, and medication identification tools, all designed to improve workplace safety for medical professionals.

Smartstream Pty Ltd, the employer, is the Brisbane-based channel management company that promotes and sells the Qlicksmart safety devices in over 50 countries around the world.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our customer base by managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and representing our products to healthcare providers and distributors across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the annual Sales Plan, Budget, and Event Calendar, including tradeshows and engagement meetings.
- Monitor the performance of sales initiatives and propose innovative improvements.
- Identify new clients and specialized markets through comprehensive research.
- Explore and report on new market segments and revenue opportunities.
- Respond to and manage customer enquiries, including sample coordination and product training.
- Implement customer workshops and training sessions.
- Convert trade show leads and track enquiry progress.
- Serve as the main contact for international accounts across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
- Conduct on-site visits and service training.
- Recommend products tailored to client needs and manage quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare fortnightly sales reports and participate in sales meetings.
- Collaborate with operations and product marketing teams, especially during product launches.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of related experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of healthcare markets is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience preparing sales reports and working in a structured CRM environment
- A qualification of at least bachelor’s degree

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
