
Business Development Specialist

, a full-service digital agency, is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new market opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the agency's growth across our full suite of digital services.
Compensation:
- Commission Rate: 30% of the invoice value for each client acquired.
- Commission Cap: Up to $10,000 per invoice.
- Pricing Flexibility: You have the flexibility to sell our services at a premium price. Your commission will still be calculated based on the original invoice value provided by us. Any amount charged above the original invoice is yours to keep in full.
- Recurring Services: 30% commission for up to 6 months on recurring services
- Payment Schedule: Commissions paid within 10 days after client payment.
- Reporting: Monthly reporting on clients, services, invoiced amounts, and commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and strategic networking.
- Develop and manage strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and align them with relevant agency services.
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine development strategies.
- Meet and exceed individual business development KPIs and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and lead status using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition—preferably within a digital agency or creative/tech field.
- Deep understanding of strategic selling and consultative client engagement.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
