Role Description

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney. As the Business Development Specialist you'll spearhead the sales efforts for both OA's Bespoke Digital Small Format networks, as well as our market-leading network of New Zealand Out-Of-Home assets - selling these assets to the Australian advertising market.

The role is slightly unique within our business, with it being the first of its kind. It is a national role that entails internal stakeholder management (the sales team & support), external stakeholder management (our media owners), presentation building, strategic sales nous, idea generation, in-market sales and will involve collaborating closely with every single sales team member across the country.

Being a national role, the role entails travel within Australia when required, as well as travel to New Zealand every now & then.

This is a pivotal role for our business & is integral in laying the groundwork for exponential growth across a very important networks of assets within our collective. With our agile company ethos, there's substantial potential to expand this role as it evolves over time.

In consultation with management, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to choose between remote work or an office environment.
