About The Role
As a Business Development Manager (BPO), you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new customers and opportunities. You'll own personal sales targets, actively pursue high-potential prospects, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with both clients and technology vendor partners.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll use market intelligence and data insights to design and implement strategic sales plans that focus on high-value outcomes. Through close collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and customers, you'll create tailored BPO solutions that address business needs, manage a robust sales pipeline, and play a key role in the overall success of our organisation.
This field-based position offers an exciting opportunity to:
- Lead Sales Efforts
: Prospect and secure new business by promoting our BPO solutions. - Strategize and Execute: Identify ideal tender opportunities and lead response teams to deliver winning bids.
- Build Relationships
: Develop a robust sales pipeline, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. - Achieve Targets
: Meet gross profit sales goals and key performance indicators. - Demonstrate Expertise:
Showcase both commercial and technical knowledge to appeal to a broad customer base. - Professional Engagement
: Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions with professionalism and efficiency.
About You
You have a proven track record in account planning and sales frameworks, with 8–15 years' experience, including at least 5 in the technology services industry. Skilled at engaging C-level executives and working across teams, you bring expertise in BPO—covering document management, digitisation, workflow, and exception handling—and understand how technologies like Cloud, Managed Services, and Professional Services transform businesses. Your knowledge of the channel and partner ecosystem helps you spot and deliver high-value opportunities.
