Customer Service Role

We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our retail partners with orders, product information, and after-sales service. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy helping others, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing team.
In this role you'll:
Be the first point of contact for retail partners and consumers
Assist with orders through our online portal
Coordinate with factory and logistics partners to keep production and deliveries on track
Send out samples and parts, and manage related invoicing
Keep records up to date in CRM and Xero
Work closely with a small, collaborative team
What we're looking for:
Customer service or internal sales experience
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
Great organisation and attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ideally Xero
Positive, "can do" attitude
