In this role, you'll evaluate and improve supply chain processes, manage route operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact efficiency, cost savings and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
· Analyse and optimise product delivery and supply chain processes
· Identify operational gaps and recommend data-driven improvements
· Support the development of strategic supply chain initiatives
· Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements
· Oversee route activities including invoicing, shipment tracking, and e-billing
· Assist with implementing process changes and continuous improvement activities
· Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team capabilities
· Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For
Essential:
· Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
· Proven experience in supply chain analysis or international logistics
· Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
· Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Proficiency in ERP systems and route management tools
Desirable:
· APICS, CSCP or similar certifications
· Experience with analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
· Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
· Proven track record of delivering cost savings through process improvement
· Experience working in a multinational environment
· Fluent in German and French
