What you'll love about the opportunity:This role offers the exciting opportunity to lead the way in advancing industry safety and assurance methodologies. Working within the technical team, you will contribute to the ongoing delivery of existing solutions, champion the development of innovative road safety initiatives, and expand your professional network with the supply chain industry. You'll also get to manage a network of consultants as they respond to client needs, while advocating for and shaping the strategic direction organisationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote CoRsafe, and your own profile within the industry.
- Achieve budgeted growth and profit on product, by supporting the development of best practice consultancy, digital and audit services, including strategy development that enable product growth.
- Coordinate a robust network of industry consultants, including managing engagement/onboarding, monitoring of performance, and off-boarding.
- Deliver bespoke services, advice, training and support to clients to enable better safety outcomes
- Maintain deep industry knowledge of legislative and code changes whilst continuously improving products and services to ensure they are industry leading.
- Develop supporting tools and products to explain complex requirements to a broad audience, while influencing industry change as you champion best practice.
You will be someone with deep knowledge of the transport and logistics industry. You will be an excellent communicator who can easily identify, recommend and implement efficient processes and solutions that improve team performance and/or service delivery outcomes. In addition, you will have;
- A sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (essential)
- A minimum of 3 years transport and logistics/supply chain industry experience (essential)
- Approximately 3 years' experience working in a safety/compliance/auditing role relating to transport and logistics.
- The ability to analyse situations to identify the heart of problems and make recommendations of solutions
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Safety, Engineering, or a related field (desired)
