This role has become available as our current Supply Manager moves into expanded national responsibilities, creating an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to take ownership of our QLD branch supply operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing and forecasting to ensure smooth product flow.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery scheduling.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to align supply with customer demand.
  • Support the implementation of innovative procurement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Train and support colleagues across sales, admin, and warehouse to strengthen overall supply chain knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia (unfortunately, no working holiday visas).

Preferred but not essential:

  • Fluency in French.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (ideally in food/FMCG).
  • A passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
