About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Planner to support administrative tasks within supply chain operations. This role is essential in helping manage purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and inventory documentation to ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.

Location: Murarrie
Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay: $38 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue purchase orders
  • Process order receipts to maintain accurate stock records
  • Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies
  • Support tender process and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with various teams to share stock and delivery information
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and quality standards
  • Assist with reporting and communication throughout the supply chain

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with computer systems such as Excel and other software tools
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or admin support preferred
