Job Summary:Major Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced Contracts and Procurement professionals to foster a high-performance culture and deliver on supply chain and project objectives.
  • Execute supply chain packages, plans, procedures, schedules, and budgets while mitigating claims and ensuring no impact to project delivery.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle-from pre-award through to administration-including leading negotiations and managing claims.
  • Identify opportunities for schedule relief and claim avoidance, taking proactive steps to protect project interests and enhance performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to support seamless contract execution.
  • Monitor safety, quality, cost, and performance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met by all parties to each purchase order and subcontract.
  • Prepare recommendations and reports for major material and service contracts, considering legal, commercial, and financial implications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field, with significant related work experience.
  • Global experience in Project Contracts & Procurement and Supply Management for major or mega projects.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain operations across both office and jobsite environments.
  • Proven leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Experience with Low-Cost Country Sourcing (LCCS) is advantageous.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end contract and procurement management, including claims handling.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Project Controls, Engineering, Health Safety and Environment, Sustainability, Quality and Construction to achieve project goals.
