LabourerSunshine Sugar's Harwood site is looking for general labourers to join our day gang team. These roles are available until December 2025; contract may be extended or lead into a permanent role.Working hours: 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend cover required during crushing season (June - December) paid as overtime.About the roleAs a general labourer, you'll be responsible for a variety of physical tasks to support site operations. Duties could include:Performing production and operational site dutiesOperating vehicles and equipmentCleaning and maintaining work areasAssisting tradesUse power toolsWe are looking for:Mechanical AptitudeClear and constructive communicator both verbally and in writingSafety conscious with a positive attitudeTeam orientated and willing to share knowledgeProactive self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervisionSufficient physical fitness, sight and hearingAbility to work in an environment with frequent exposure to noisy, wet, greasy and/or humid conditions, as well as heightsProduction experience an advantage but not essentialDesirable licences / tickets (NOT essential) include:Dogging / Rigging / ScaffoldingConfined Space (current within 2 years)Non-Slewing Mobile Crane capacity >3TExcavatorFront end / Wheeled / Skid Steer Loader TicketsHow to applyTo be considered, please upload a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role along with your resume.
