ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, L'Occitane is on the lookout for a Replenishment Planner who is able to join the team on a fixed-term contract up to July 2026. The role will be based in our North Sydney Office.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage the replenishment process of our store network by ensuring they are sufficiently stocked to support sales targets and promotional activities.

This is a key role within the organization which can have a direct bearing on the sales potential of our Boutique Network.

It may require a small amount of interstate travel.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Replenishment of L'Occitane Boutiques in both AU and NZ – Identify top-up quantities required for the stores using the ANAPLAN system and convert these requirements into Transfer Orders in Navision.
  • Campaign stock allocation – Where stock is constrained, determine, with assistance of Sales Team, what stock should be deployed to which boutiques for all one-shot, GWP and PWP-type products.
  • Regular communication with our retails team to ensure the complete store network is aligned on SKU ranging evolution (FIFO, Campaign Activities, Stock management expectations).
  • Regular reviews of system parameters to ensure appropriate levels of stock are held in Boutiques, including maintenance of VM and safety stock parameters.
  • Manage stationary process directly with the store and sample process with Marketing team.
