About the role

Heavy Duty Contracting is looking for a full-time Labourer/Farm to join our team in Mudgee, NSW 2850. This is a hands-on role that will see you contributing to the day-to-day operations, supporting our activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with general duties: fencing, weed management, feral animal control.
  • Operating various equipment-bobcat small excavator and tractor
  • Supporting concrete pours
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
  • Collaborating with the wider team team to achieve productivity and efficiency goals

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar farm laborer or general agricultural role
  • Concrete experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safe practices and equipment operation
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
