Rock Sugar is a Thai fusion restaurant in South Yarra with a focus on delivering a great customer experience. We're a cocktail heavy venue and have become a 'must visit' destination for many. We're a close knit team, offer flexible hours and have very low staff turnover.

**Whats on offer?**

**We can offer 15-20 hours/week (must be available Friday, Saturday & alternating Sundays)**We are looking for someone who will play a key role in the day to day running of the bar but who will also become an integral part of the Rock Sugar team. Someone who is willing to step up when it's needed and help out on the floor if it is required during busy periods. **A minimum of 12 months cocktail experience is essential for the role, plus knowledge of classics as well.**

**A typical week**:
**Thursday**:6-9:30pm

**Friday shift**:6pm-11pm

**Saturday shift**: 5pm-11pm

**Sunday shift (alternating)**: 3:30pm-9:30pm

Many of our team have cafe or other day jobs so we are flexible with hours and can facilitate shorter shifts if required, however being hospitality Friday & Saturday nights are our busiest and require the most staff support. Additional shifts are often available to cover staff leave if interested.

Pay: $31.23 - $37.47 per hour
