We have a rare opportunity within our Product team for a motivated, passionate administrative professional to join the Eureka family.

To be successful you will:

  • Have 2 years prior experience in either a purchasing role, or an administrative role that relied on accuracy with data entry
  • Be passionate about your role and be a positive member of the team.
  • Have skills across the Microsoft suite, preferably with experience in xlcubed, training available to upskill.
  • Have experience in report interpretation.
  • Someone who demonstrates close attention to detail and can maintain our data entry accuracy and adhere to our strict inventory controls.
  • Someone who can effectively complete all administration tasks by understanding our operating system (Pronto) and ensuring adherence to stock management systems.

The role involves, but is not limited to:

  • Coordinating and carrying out replenishment for all stock items, special order items and spare parts
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding shipping mark and packaging requirements, due dates, quantities and pricing, ensuring all parties are aligned and information is updated in Pronto
  • Performing all necessary data entry into the Pronto ERP system including but not limited to, order dates, pricing, SKU creation and product information
  • Monitoring purchasing inbox and respond to all store, warehouse, customer service and supplier queries in an accurate, timely and friendly manner
  • SKU creation and sourcing any relevant product information for assistance in product sales
  • Updating and maintaining of new product timeline
  • Working collaboratively with team members to maintain and promote efficient practices (notably product, imports, and warehouse)

This role is based in our Head Office in Acacia Ridge. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
