Sales Manager / Sales Coach
to lead, manage, and grow our outbound sales team. This is a career-defining opportunity for a dynamic, driven, and hands-on leader who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and knows how to coach and close.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and inspire a growing outbound sales team.
- Build a high-performance sales culture grounded in discipline, coaching, and accountability.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, sales coaching sessions, and performance feedback.
- Support team members to improve outreach effectiveness, engagement strategies, and conversion rates.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement outbound sales campaigns, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Personally contribute to sales execution—handling key accounts and strategic opportunities.
- Guide the team through full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and documentation to win competitive opportunities.
- Own and participate in the delivery of
executive-level presentations
and RFP submissions for enterprise clients.
Process & Enablement
- Build and manage sales systems, including CRM usage, task tracking, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the director and marketing to align campaign strategies, messaging, and lead generation efforts.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the right tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Continuously improve the sales process using feedback, data, and testing.
C-Suite & Enterprise Sales Engagement
- Engage and build relationships with
C-level executives and decision-makers
in mid to large organisations. - Manage and drive
complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
involving long sales processes and high-value contracts. - Prepare and deliver
high-quality proposals, commercial documentation, and presentations
that align to client priorities. - Represent Software Co in high-stakes client meetings, negotiations, and closing discussions with professionalism and credibility.
- Contribute to and help win
multi-million-dollar service contracts
through strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and superior communication.
Sales Enablement & Operations
- Establish and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), reporting dashboards, and activity tracking.
- Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent and measurable progress against goals.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to align sales messaging, campaigns, and brand positioning.
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, scripts, and objection handling through a feedback loop and data.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience & Background
- 5+ years in B2B outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a sales manager, coach, or team lead role.
- Proven success managing and scaling a
performance-driven outbound team
in software services, SaaS, or digital consulting. - Deep expertise in
solution selling, consultative sales, and long-cycle enterprise deals. - Strong record in
executive-level presentations
, RFP submissions, and high-value service contract negotiation.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with
