Australian Law Partners is a boutique litigation firm based in Brisbane and undertaking litigation on the eastern seaboard in a range of courts and tribunals.

We are currently looking for a first or second year solicitor, with experience in commercial litigation, to join our dynamic team in these areas:

  • Class action litigation
  • Insurance and commercial disputes
  • Consumer law disputes
  • Defamation
  • Estate disputes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Current practising certificate
  • Experience in commercial  litigation
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

This role offers experience in a specialist litigation practice working alongside an accredited specialist in commercial litigation.
