You'll be driven, self-motivated and have worked in commercial litigation.

You'll be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships. You will have established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation.

What does a typical day involve?

Matters within the team range from contract and partnership disputes, oppression and fraud cases, sale of goods, credit law, corporate and personal insolvency (including public examinations), securities and breach of directors' duties claims.

You'll manage files autonomously and be able to oversee their progression from start to finish with the help of your designated mentor. You'll also be the primary contact for key clients and build lasting connections as you progress in your career with us.

File Work Will Include, But Not Limited To

  • Running litigation matters through to trial in all jurisdictions in Australia
  • Appearing at mediations and settlement conferences
  • Regular advocacy in all courts
  • Defending voidable transaction proceedings
  • Acting in equitable priority disputes
  • Provision of advice and acting on behalf of all matters relating to Personal Property Securities matters
