We're Hiring: Junior Solicitor / Paralegal (Remote – Australia)

RTO Legal is growing. We're a boutique Australian law firm that acts for RTOs, CRICOS providers and Higher Education providers nationwide — helping them navigate complex compliance, regulatory and dispute matters.

We're looking for a junior solicitor or experienced paralegal who's:

  • Reliable, organised and genuinely trustworthy.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of their work.
  • Honest, sharp and eager to learn.

You'll work directly with the Principal Solicitor and gain hands-on experience in real matters. We'll train the right person — what matters most is attitude, consistency and initiative.

Minimum:

2+ years' experience in litigation, dispute work or administrative law.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Remote role (anywhere in Australia – East Coast preferred).
  • Permanent part-time or contractor arrangement.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Great exposure to high-level regulatory and tribunal work.
