Join Our Team as an Account Executive

The Australian Medical Association (AMA) is seeking a confident and experienced Account Executive to join our friendly and professional team at AMA Insurance Brokers — a well-established firm known for its supportive culture and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop, grow and maintain an existing portfolio of commercial and domestic clients.
  • Leverage your strong sales acumen to actively convert a pipeline of new business opportunities into successful outcomes.
  • To ensure current insurance and risk management needs of clients are fully met to their satisfaction
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Assisting clients with cover and placement enquiries
  • Manage renewals, new business quotes, policy amendments, and remarketing
  • Issuing policy documents and certificates
  • Liaising with underwriters and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Tier 1 in Insurance Broking (essential)
  • Prior experience in SME/Commercial Broking
  • Familiarity with Winbeat and OfficeTech (advantageous)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and professional presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, proactive, and client-focused attitude
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
