Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic School Administrator to support the effective delivery of administrative coordination and leadership across the Foundation and Preparatory Studies school. This is a great opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, drive operational improvements, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the administrative team, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency
- Coordinate course enrolment processes and maintain accurate records
- Manage staff rostering, leave approvals, and training
- Develop and implement systems for compliance and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance school operations
- Maintain and promote the staff portal
- Ensure all published materials meet copyright and quality standards
- Support professional development planning for administrative staff
- Significant experience in administration and team coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high-level customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, STRATA, CELCAT, and ESS
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
