About us
The Leukaemia Foundation is on an exciting transformation journey to deliver greater impact to our key stakeholders and the Australian community. Join a national organisation standing with Australia to help cure and conquer every blood cancer – with care. Together we're attacking every blood cancer, from every direction, in every way we can. Now more than ever, the path to conquering blood cancer requires us to work together and ensure 100% access to the right information, the best treatments, the latest trials, tests and diagnostic tools; and the best supportive care to help people not just to survive - but also to live well.
The opportunity:
At the Leukaemia Foundation, we believe in the power of community to bring hope and change. We support Australians affected by blood cancer and work tirelessly to fund research, provide support, and campaign for better policies. Our fundraisers are everyday heroes, and our job is to empower them every step of the way.
The Fundraising Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a remarkable supporter experience. As the first point of contact for many of our fundraisers and donors, you will ensure all interactions are warm, professional, and impactful. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in fundraising or not-for-profit work who is passionate about people, storytelling, and community engagement.
You'll work closely with the Fundraising Experience team and stakeholders across Community Fundraising & Growth, Campaigns & Products, Philanthropy, Individual Giving and Strategic Growth Partners to give a consistently effective and positive experience to key fundraising audiences. Exposed to all disciplines of fundraising, this is a fantastic hands on learning opportunity with space for you to own your own portfolio of fundraising accounts.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of either our Brisbane (Dutton Park) or Melbourne (Carlton) offices. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days a week.
