We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Accounts Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. The role combines front desk reception duties with accounts payable, including payroll processing and data entry.

Primary Responsibilities of your role will include, but not be limited to:

· Accounts Payable preparation

· Payroll processing (calculation & entry)

· Data Entry (on-the-job training)

· Answering and directing telephone calls (shared task)

·· General office duties – filing, archiving, photocopying, mail collection

· Order office stationery/office supplies

· Any ad hoc office duties as required

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

  • Previous experience in accounts, administration and payroll preferred but not essential
  • Microsoft Office skills Word/Excel//Outlook
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Willing to assist other administration staff if/when required
  • High attention to detail, especially in data entry and handling documents
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident and organised
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Committed, punctual and reliable
  • Attention to detail
