Public Practice Administrators | Business Support Expressions of Interest

I'm currently seeking candidates for a range of business support roles within the Accounting industry, from entry-level to senior positions.

We are currently hiring for a variety of roles, including Junior Administrator, Receptionist, Corporate Secretarial, Senior Administrator, Tax Administrator, EAs and General Administrative Support.

These positions cater to candidates at all levels, from those just starting out to experienced professionals looking to advance their careers within the accounting industry.

  • Junior Administrator
  • Receptionist
  • Client Services Administrator
  • Corporate Secretaries
  • Senior Administrator
  • Tax Administrator
  • Executive Assistants/ Personal Assistants
  • Practice Manager/ Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining filing systems
  • Build client relationships through clear communication; attend meetings as needed.
  • Manage client appointments, onboarding, offboarding, and team calendars.
  • Preparing and lodging BAS/IAS, tax returns, and payroll tax documents
  • Supporting client onboarding, appointments, and database management
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC for lodgements, registrations, and compliance
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
  • Providing general administration support across the business

About You:

  • Previous administration experience (ideally within an accounting or professional services environment)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented
  • Experience with XERO, MYOB AE, or CAS BGL 360 highly regarded
