We're looking for a part time/full time friendly and motivated receptionist to join our busy and fast-growing orthopaedic practice.

As the first point of contact for our patients, your role will be key in helping us provide a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from start to finish.

About the Role:

In this entry-level position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
  • Answering phone calls and handling general enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the booking system
  • Assisting with patient intake and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting day-to-day admin and helping the clinic run efficiently
