We are looking for team players to join our Richmond and South Yarra clinics. You will work with our entire dental team to ensure our patients have an exceptional customer service experience, from answering the phones to completing treatment. We are all about providing a caring and informative environment to ensure a positive and long-term relationship with our patients.

As part of your day-to-day activities, you will be greeting patients, answering incoming calls, booking appointments, rescheduling, taking payments for treatment, and processing HICAPS, as well as problem-solving.

You will also be assisting clinically for our experienced Dentists and Oral Health Therapists with all procedures, from preventative through to implant placement (training provided if required).

Pay: $44,040.33 - $72,930.48 per year
