About us

Prosperity Residential is an established SEQ based home building company seeking an experienced BDM from within the property industry to make relationships with Channel Partners (Marketers, Financial planners, Real-estate agents, Mortgage Brokers etc) to promote and sell our House and Land Packages

This is a unique opportunity where successful candidate will jump straight into role and potentially take over connections of which are generating 2 sales per week

Display Home Located in Bahrs Scrub.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience as a Property BDM for a builder (Essential)
  • Experience working for a builder and generating relationships with partners to sell House and Land packages
  • Must have good experience in the house and land space and be exceptional at admin (at present the hard part of getting the partners is done, we need exceptional person to manage and service this database)
  • Ability assisting to sourcing land
  • Ability to bring on connections with land estates and land developers a big Bonus

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Create relationships with Property Marketers, Financial Planners, Mortgage Brokers etc
  • Manage relationships already created
  • Present our product to channel partners, meeting at our Bahrs Scrub display home
  • Source House and Land packages to channel partners on demand
  • Manage all back-end admin of getting contracts out/signed, partners commissions sorted etc
  • Liaise with land developers to gain access to stock to package our homes.
  • Will be expected to work afterhours and weekends to service our current partners (any time worked outside normal hours can be managed and substituted for time off where available)
