About the Client

Our client is a global leader in decorative and performance building systems. Their solutions are trusted by architects, builders and contractors on residential and commercial projects. Local technical teams back every stage from concept to install.

The Role

  • Target architects, engineers and designers to win specifications
  • Deliver CPDs and design workshops that drive adoption
  • Write, defend and maintain specs through tender and value management
  • Partner with BDMs to convert specs to orders across key projects
  • Support builders and contractors with technical advice and site visits
  • Map projects, maintain a clean pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Track market activity and feed insights to product and marketing
  • Keep CRM data current and compliant

The Person

  • Proven specification sales experience in building products
  • Strong network across A&D, consultants and Tier 1–2 builders
  • Confident presenter with clear written communication
  • Technically credible. Render, coatings, cladding or aligned systems valued
  • Commercial mindset with a hunter approach and strong follow through
  • Organised, self-led, and comfortable working autonomously
