About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Administration & Production Support Coordinator join ourfriendly team.

This diverse role combines administration, customer service, and logistics — supporting both the front office and production areas to ensure smooth daily operations.

You'll play a key part in managing workflow through the lab, assisting with client communication, and coordinating the dispatch and delivery of dental cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and customer service support across departments
  • Accurately enter and manage client cases in the Laboratory Management System
  • Liaise with dentists and technicians to confirm details and instructions
  • Prepare and dispatch completed dental cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Plan daily delivery routes and manage incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Generate invoices, quotations, and workflow reports
  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle client enquiries with professionalism

  • Experience in administration, customer service (dental/medical preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communication and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Comfortable with computer systems and process management
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with a good sense of humour
