**Who we're looking for**

We are seeking a highly self-motivated person with an outgoing and friendly personality to work within a team of Sales Administrators located in our new Coburg Office on Sydney Road. This is a busy role where you will be working behind the scenes making sure all runs smoothly for the day-to-day administration for the Sales department for multiple offices. Ideally you will come from an Administration background within Real Estate.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday.

**Tasks include**
- Checking and following compliance requirements
- High volume administrative duties for current listings
- Organizing request for contracts (requests for digital signing)
- Daily tasks relating to current and sold listings
- Reports for offices/sales agents
- Contacting third parties to organise the installation and removal or pointer boards & auction boards
- Creating advertising schedules for agents
- Ad-hoc items relating to the administration sales process
