We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a values-driven Residential Services Site Administrator, with a flexible Melbourne location. This position will support consistency and efficiency of processes across AOD Residential Services. This is a full-time permanent position paid at a SCHADS Level 4, flexible hours may be considered.

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a values-driven Residential Services Site Administrator, with a flexible Melbourne location.

The primary purpose of the Residential Services Site Administrator position is to coordinate administrative tasks across Residential AOD Services in Melbourne metro and Barwon regions, to:

- enable program managers, coordinators, team leaders and administrators to deliver the highest standard of business, administrative and customer support within these services.
- support consistency and efficiency of processes across services.

The position provides direct operational support to the regional managers and Residential Leadership Team, and coordinates a team of five (5) administrators across four (4) sites of 78 residential beds and a new sobering up service.

You will successfully
- Oversee and supervise five (5) residential program administrators in their daily tasks
- Work with site administrators and leadership teams to coordinate consistent administrative functions across residential services and enable delivery of high-quality business, administration and customer support
- Contribute to the establishment of new systems and consistent processes across sites
- Coordinate key administrative functions across sites, including facility maintenance and security, fleet and asset management, client feedback, staff induction, postal and document control
- Assist Program Managers and Leadership Teams with financial processes, including invoice payments, corporate cards, client brokerage expenses, material aid vouchers, program acquittals, budget and expenditure reporting
- Coordinate and assist with WHS site inspections, quarterly meetings, records and scheduling.

You will have
- Demonstrated experience in administration responsibilities, and supervision of duties and personnel.
- Well-developed interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain confidentiality of service users and professionally handle sensitive data and information.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with a proven ability to clarify roles and responsibilities of self and team members whilst monitor task completion to ensure objectives and priorities are met.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to performing duties in a safe manner to ensure safety of self and others.
