**The Position**

An opportunity has become available for an Project Administrator to join a reputable and professional organisation located in Cobrug in a full-time temporary assignment.

**Key Responsibilities**

***
This role sits in an important area of the organisation, working with a team of collaborative and interesting people. Supporting both the Project Manager and Site Manager's, your role will include but not be limited to;
- Meet and greet clients & contractors on arrival
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
- Raise purchase orders for job numbers and quotes
- Ensure compliance standards are being met
- Coordinate monthly reports & attend monthly team meetings
- Generating agendas, collating/distributing documents/reports
- Collaborate with the projects team on contract details
- Managing expectations and daily work flow
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed

**Skills and Experience**

***
- Past experience with Project Administration or
- Knowledge of Simpro is ideal
- Ability to prioritise and take initiative
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
