We are Hunter City Motor Group, a wholly family owned and operated motor vehicle dealership located at Cessnock, gateway to the Vineyards and in the thriving Lower Hunter Valley area. Only 35 minutes from Newcastle we are in search of an experienced & talented Service reception to join the team.

Due to continued growth we are in search of and experienced Service receptionist to join our company and help us in delivering outstanding experiences to both our Service Team and ultimately to the customers..

Ideally we are looking for a like-minded Service Advisor, who shares our vision, will help grow our culture, our people and ultimately our business

The main focus of the Service Advisor is to perform a range duties including:

  • Providing outstanding staff and customer experiences each time / every time
  • Be a first class communicator at all times with staff & guests
  • Treat all guests as members of our family
  • Growing the service department 'carpark'
  • Ensure all works completed on time, every time and that guests remain informed at all times
  • Providing regular feedback to the group Service Manager about the performance
  • Seeking guidance as required – being part of a the wider Service Team
  • The ability to 'think new'
