Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a Guest Service's Officer to join a dynamic team in Anna Bay. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a vibrant, tourist-focused environment, offering exceptional guest experiences.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival.
  • Assisting guests with any requests or inquiries.
  • Answering phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Managing bookings and reservations.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a customer service expert, always going above and beyond for guests.
  • Have previous reception experience, ideally within a tourism environment.
  • Be familiar with booking systems and reservation processes.
  • You MUST be available to work across all 7 days of the week.
  • Be flexible and comfortable with varying shifts and hours.

Working for Complete Staff Solutions you will be paid an attractive casual hourly rate, which is paid weekly.
