We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic registered or clinical psychologist to our growing allied health team.

We are an established multidisciplinary Allied Health Hub, with clinics in New Lambton and our purpose-built clinic in Warners Bay. We take a collaborative approach to intervention while working closely with our patients to help them to achieve their goals and support their health from the inside out. About the role:

As a member of our team, you would be:

-Dedicated to providing individualised evidence-based treatment to support clients to maximise their physical and psychological wellbeing for a variety of conditions

-Provide psychological assessment and evidence based interventions

-Planning, implementing, and evaluating client-centred intervention programs for individuals with diverse presentations

-Active collaboration as a member of our multidisciplinary team to support client development, team knowledge and growth

-Contribute to strategic management, ongoing development, and implementation of our psychology service

-Promote and embody Chiropractic Plus values

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

-A minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience

-A commitment to evidence based therapeutic psychological services

-Ability to work with a variety of conditions

-Enjoy working in a team environment

-Work collaboratively with other health professionals within Chiropractic Plus where appropriate

-Ability to work with individuals of all ages with a specific focus on children and adolescents

-Ability to assess and work with neuro-diverse clientele

-Drug and Alcohol Issues

-Eating Disorders

-Family Counselling

-Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Counselling

-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Essential Criteria

-A minimum 4 year degree in Psychology

-Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

-Have or be eligible to obtain Medicare and DVA registration

-A minimum 2 years' post-registration experience

-Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

-NSW Working with Children Check

-National Police check
