AO3 Project Support Officer (Administrative)

Location: Buderim

Rate: $ $54.81 per hour + Super

Contract: Until 12 December (possible 3-month extension)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer (DRFA) to provide high-quality administrative and project support services to our team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and team members, using a range of software tools and information management systems to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and assess RADAR submissions and images in line with DRFA guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS) such as SharePoint, DM, and similar platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and basic statistical reports to support project updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager and team members.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

About You:

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with electronic document management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
