About HealthPlex
At HealthPlex is a rapidly expanding team consisting of multiple allied health disciplines (Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Dietitians etc.) providing accessible treatment across multiple locations in Australia. Our goal is to provide an all-inclusive allied health service to local communities around the country. We pride ourselves in delivering quality health services to achieve outstanding care.
Position Details:
- Role: Casual – up to full time hours
- Start Date: ASAP

- Professional, friendly, and confident

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in the use of Cliniko
- Flexible, dynamic and process driven approach to all aspects of the role
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Customer service experience (required)
- Valid Driver's License (desirable)
- Previous experience in allied health or medical services (preferred)
- Proficiency in PC operations, MS Office, PDF handling, Practice Management tools, and Canva
- Attention to detail with a self-driven work ethic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reception duties - welcoming clients, answering phones, responding to emails, processing payments, scheduling appointments using practice management software and answering enquiries
- General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, typing letters, mail
- Coordinating schedules across multiple practitioners and locations
- Assisting the Clinical Operations Manager in daily administrative tasks
- Overseeing inventory, clinic operations, and financial transactions
