Are you a dedicated professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills? Your Foot and Ankle Clinic is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Health Support Services (Reception) team member.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Work closely with the Senior Receptionist to maintain a smooth clinic operation.
- Provide clinic support and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
- Open and close the clinic with precision, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain efficient time management for daily tasks.

- Helpful and supportive attitude towards both team members and patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed effectively

**Details**:

- Part-time position with flexible hours
- Workdays: Must be available Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays with possibility of more days.
- Location: McGraths Hill, 2756, Carmel Village Box Hill NSW 2765

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Patient service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
