**Job Description - Part Time Casual Receptionist/Office Administrator**

An amazing opportunity exists within our team for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who would enjoy working in a vibrant, growing podiatry practice. We are looking for the right person to be our Receptionist / Office All Rounder. We are an innovative practice that is dedicated 110% to provide the best quality of care from our whole team.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Reception duties - meeting and greeting of patients, answering the phone, booking appointments for our patients in person and over the phone, taking patient payments and receipting, handling monies and end of day balancing of floats.
- Practice duties - Sterilisation of all instruments, cleaning of common areas / podiatrist rooms, podiatrist room set ups, assisting podiatrist throughout the day

**Please note that all appropriate training will be conducted at our Castle Hill Clinic.**

**Casual**Rate**: Starting $33 per hour**
