About The Role

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Administration & Office Support Coordinator to join our Brisbane team.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our brokers, providing vital support with administration, client management, and day-to-day office operations. Your contribution will directly help our brokers deliver the exceptional service we're known for.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting finance brokers with administration and client documentation
  • Answering phone calls and managing client enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating client files and records accurately
  • Providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and takes pride in staying organised. You enjoy helping others, are confident in your communication, and bring a can-do attitude to your work.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A positive, professional, and approachable manner
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
