About You

We are seeking a motivated
Business Support Officer
to provide essential financial and administrative support to our Group Managers. You will handle budgeting, invoicing, record-keeping, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.

This position is Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets under guidance
  • Process and monitor invoices
  • Provide high-quality admin support including meeting coordination and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate financial and confidential records
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in administration with financial tasks (budget prep, invoicing)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Licensed Care Service Check & Blue Card required
