
Construction Administrator

THE ROLE
As an integral part of the team this role will vary from day to day, working with clients and the wider team. Utilising your past construction and client service experience you will work with clients between contract signing and commencing construction on site. We work in a relaxed, fun environment where everyone supports each other to get the job done.
KEY TASKS OF THE ROLE
- Provide clear, concise, consistent and personable communication with clients
- Provide presite administration support to our clients, the wider pre site and on-site construction team and business
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure jobs are proactively and efficiently moved through each stage of presite
- Prepare accurate documentation and disseminate information correctly
- Prepare, track and present to client/s and team through workflow meetings
- Provide general office support, as necessary
You Will Have
- Previous new home construction experience is essential;
- Previous experience of providing exceptional customer service experience;
- Strong communication skills (face to face, verbal and written);
- Confidence to think on your feet and respond to queries from multiple sources effectively, accurately and within a timely manner;
- Active listening skills and retention of information;
- Construction Site Induction card (White or Blue), essential and if not held should be obtained prior to commencement; and
- High level of administrative ability and attention to detail
- A willingness to work as one team, to achieve the best outcome for our clients
