The organisation

People2people have partnered with a highly regarded community focused and driven organisation that provide service, support and guidance through various organisations and avenues. Covering Southern QLD their mission is to build a committed employees and volunteers that interact and work closely with communities, providing guidance, education, community care, religious support and more.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Head of HR and working within a small, supportive, and collaborative team, you'll engage with a diverse range of stakeholders while providing operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include generating contracts and variations, supporting recruitment activities, ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are followed, and managing general employee enquiries.

Selection requirements

  • HR qualification – current or completed
  • Previous HR administration / coordination experience is required - across the full employee lifecycle
  • Understanding of legislation and awards
  • High attention to detail and tech savvy
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder experience
