This impressive national accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD is growing at a rapid ratedue to the visionary leadership shown by it's board of Directors and expert knowledge of their staff. This firm is well known in the accounting industry. With a service offering that includes tax compliance, superannuation, advisory, bookkeeping, wealth management, superannuation and audit - there isn't much this innovative firm doesn't offer it's loyal client base.

POSITION

The need has risen for a HR Coordinator to assist the HR and Operations team in a generalist HR and recruitment capacity. This role will suit a passionate individual who has a solid foundation of all facets of human resource management. The successful candidate will report to an extremely personable HR Manager whilst working alongside an enthusiastic and motivated team.

The role will cover the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Employee engagement
  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Performance management/salary reviews
  • L&D + WHS

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years within a similar HR function within a professional services environment
  • Tertiary qualifications with a HR major
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with end to end recruitment
  • A strong understanding of WHS and HR legislation
  • Ability to operate across multiple sites nationally
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
