Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Fleet Administrator located in Gold Coast, The Fleet Administrator will be responsible for managing fleet operations, coordinating all fleet services, and overseeing fleet management tasks, as directed by Operations Manager. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the team. The role demands strong organizational and analytical skills to streamline fleet processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
  • Strong Communication and Coordination skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess and improve fleet performance
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with fleet management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
