About the job

The Project Co-ordinator role plays a pivotal role for DriveRisk and their clients in implementing the DriveCam safety management program and custom solutions based on this technology. The overall success of the safety program is in helping our clients identify, isolate, and better understand the role of risky driving behaviour and non-compliance of their drivers and fleets. The goal is to improve the overall risk profile for clients.

**In this role you will deliver in the following key areas**:

- Working with multiple teams within DriveRisk including Client Experience, Logistics, Finance and Operations who serve as a direct point of contact in the presentation and ongoing improvement of DriveRisk clients safety management
- Assist the SPM with delivery and management of the Solutions team project portfolio
- Project coordination and support including project set up, quoting/ordering goods and materials, managing all project documentation, project plans, Gantt charts, financials, creation and management of project schedules
- Create, track and monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budgets across all projects
- Preparation of reports for internal and external use
- Identify improvement opportunities in DriveRisk’s general operations or processes and provide/implement solutions on time
- Ensure that DriveRisk Australasia reputation, integrity and quality is maintained at all times
- Ensure that correct prescribed standards of practice, and documentation are followed as well as communicated to Company employees and customers

**About you**:

- Passionate about engaging our staff and their customers with timely business insights whilst maintaining data integrity
- Ability to make independent judgements and/or within a team, identify information needs and contribute to strategies and improvements whilst meeting deadlines and commitments
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
- Demonstrate integrity and share DriveRisk business ethics
- Tertiary qualification in project management or similar field; or equivalent industry experience
- Project administration or co-ordination experience in mining or transport industries is a plus
- Flexibility and co-operation in work schedule including occasional after-hour meetings as necessary
