We're looking for a hands-on and quality-driven
Detailer
to join the Carma team In this role, you'll help bring every vehicle back to its shine through thorough detailing,
paint correction
, and ceramic coating work. You'll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that takes pride in delivering vehicles that look and feel amazing for our customers.

What you'll be doing?

  • Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction: Apply ceramic coatings and perform paint correction (compounding, polishing, waxing) to achieve an exceptional finish.
  • Surface Restoration: Safely remove adhesives, stickers, and other surface contaminants while protecting vehicle paintwork.
  • Detailing Excellence: Use detailing tools, products, and equipment to clean and enhance both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
  • Final Touches: Add that extra shine with tyre treatments, window cleaning, and polishing to make every car gleam.
  • Teamwork & Training: Support the team by sharing your expertise and helping train new team members.

Okay, Let's Talk About You

  • You have previous Detailing experience cutting, buffing, polishing, paint correcting (even if that's working on your own cars)
  • You have a keen eye for detail – we love a perfectionist
  • You are motivated to learn and grow your skills
  • You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
  • You hold a valid NSW driver's licence
