Sales Consultant - Sydney – Showroom Based

We're collaborating with a rapidly growing Australian design brand that's dedicated to crafting beautiful, functional products for both homes and commercial spaces.

Their collections are loved by designers, architects and style-conscious customers across Australia and beyond. With exciting growth ahead, they're now looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join their Sydney team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be the friendly first point of contact in the showroom, helping customers and trade clients find the perfect products, managing enquiries, and supporting the wider sales team to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a genuine, positive experience.
  • Respond to phone, email and online enquiries promptly.
  • Process orders, quotes and invoices accurately.
  • Organise fabric and material samples for clients.
  • Keep the showroom looking its best and ready to impress.
  • Log client interactions and retail activity in the CRM.
  • Support the sales team with trade enquiries and project coordination.
  • Prepare quotes, process sales and manage client data.
  • Approve trade accounts and handle sample and material requests.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • You're passionate about customer service and have a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • You're organised, efficient and thrive in a busy environment.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and contributing to shared success.
  • You're confident using CRM or quoting systems and quick to learn new tools.
  • You've worked in sales support, retail coordination or customer service before (bonus points if it's in interiors, furniture, or design).
  • Most importantly, you bring energy, initiative and a genuine love for great design.
